Fans, friends, families and neighbors throughout Westchester and the tri-state area converge on Pelham, New York for an amazing annual event full of music and fun for a great cause.

Bringing together a mix of National Headliners, Regional Stars and Young Local Artists, Toonerville provides the community with a much needed music happening while also giving young up-and-coming artist a vehicle to experience and be seen on the "big stage".

The Pelham Civic Association has been servicing the needs of the community since 1939.  Every dollar we raise goes directly back to the community in the form of support of various programs for seniors, youth, disabled and the needy. 

The Toonerville Music Festival looks for young musicians with an eye toward a career in music.  Not only do they get the opportunity to perform alongside professional musicians, but also learn the business of music.  Toonerville is sponsoring a scholarship program for musically gifted high school students.  Young artists will also be given the chance to grow and learn from instructors and mentors who donate their time and to go into a real studio to record an original song they've written.
